Our fees for UK Responsible Person and UKCA Product Registration:
Our fees are designed to offer low-cost set-up enabling you to initiate sales quickly. On going maintenance is covered by a modest annual charge.
Set-Up Fees.
- Suitable for new clients.
- Ideal for those switching UK RP where no immediate registration needs exist.
Maintenance Fees.
- A modest annual maintenance fee.
Set-Up
Payable at set-up.
Providing a UK Responsible Person Service:
- £300 Letter of Designation and Contract fee per legal manufacturer.
UKCA Device Registration:
- £300 for 1 – 3 devices* registered.
- £500 for 4 – 10 devices* registered.
- £600 for 11 to 15 devices* registered.
*A device is covered by a single GMDM Code. Our fee for one device covers up to 1000 individual product lines or Stock Keeping Units (SKU).
MHRA Registration Fee:
- Statutory registration fees of £261 per application is payable to MHRA. Regen Marketing will invoice this for you as a separate item.
Maintenance
Payable at the end of year one and annually thereafter:
Continuation of UK Responsible Person (UKRP) service:
- £300 per legal manufacturer (1 to 3 devices).
- £500 per legal manufacturer (4-10 devices).
- £600 per legal manufacturer (11 to 15 devices)
Continuation of UKCA Registered Devices:
- Free of charge.
From 1 April 2026, MHRA advise a new annual medical devices registration fee to support post-market surveillance (PMS) based on GMDN Level 2 Categories (or Level 1, where no Level 2 exists).
The MHRA website estimates these at £300 per GMDN category.
